I've done a lot of research on e-bike conversion kits, and I've finally decided to take the plunge. I'm going to electrify my Brompton using the Bafang BBS02 mid-drive motor kit.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Remove the pedals and crank arms

Start by removing the pedals and crank arms. This will give you access to the bottom bracket, where you will be installing the motor.

2. Install the motor

Next, install the motor into the bottom bracket. The motor should fit snugly into the bracket. Be sure to use the included lock ring to secure the motor in place.

3. Install the battery pack

Now, install the battery pack onto the rear rack of your Brompton. The battery pack should be secured using the included mounting bracket.

4. Connect the wiring harness
